Using the store
You may use the site for lawful personal or business shopping. You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, impersonate another person, or use the store for fraud or unlawful activity.
Products and presentation
We aim to describe dimensions, materials, color, condition, and availability accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, and natural textile variation can affect how a color or surface appears. Review the product page and ask for clarification before ordering if a detail is important to your decision.
Minor variations in line, texture, pile, and color may form part of an individual rug's character and are not automatically defects. Product imagery remains part of the description, but room scenes may include items that are not included in the purchase.
Prices, payment, and order acceptance
Prices are shown in US dollars unless the store or checkout clearly states otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown or explained before the order is submitted where reasonably possible.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received it; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Azzurid may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, pricing or description errors, payment or fraud concerns, delivery limitations, or legal restrictions.
If we cancel after receiving payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method. Payment providers may apply their own terms and processing times.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete, accessible delivery address and for reviewing tracking or carrier notices.
If a material delay becomes known, we will provide updated information and the options required by applicable law. Risk and ownership transfer according to the delivery rules that apply to your purchase; mandatory local rules take priority over these terms.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or local restrictions. Unless checkout states that these amounts are included, the recipient is responsible for them.
Returns, damage, and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains return windows, eligibility, authorization, damage reporting, shipping costs, inspection, and refund timing. That policy forms part of these terms.
Inspect deliveries promptly and keep the rug, packaging, and shipping label available if you need to report transit damage, a suspected defect, or an incorrect item.
Content and intellectual property
The Azzurid name, identity, site design, text, original photography, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Azzurid and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the site and keep ordinary records of your own purchase. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit store content without written permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services
The store relies on third parties for services such as payment, hosting, delivery, and account functionality. Their own terms or privacy notices may apply when you interact with them. A link to another site does not mean Azzurid controls or endorses all of its content.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruption, maintenance, or technical error may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Azzurid is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site or a purchase. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
